"When we arrived the booking system had broken and there was a queue of 20 people waiting to check in. Staff were patient but tempers were fraying. We left it two hours and things were better but it still took 20 mins to check in on an antiquated system. Staff were kind. Rooms ok but threadbare carpets, salt-crusted windows and a faint smell of stale smoke. Shower good. Breakfast so-so (usual horrible sausage, nicer eggs). "Stayed many times so won't repeat except to say the food is always exceptional and the staff are super friendly/helpful.
The Sauna and Jacuzzi were broken on this visit, which was a shame as I was only there one night.
Improvements: The Front Door to the Hotel is SO heavy, could an automatic Power Door not be fitted?
The Parking - Although Third Party needs sorting. The tarmac at the entrance as you turn of the main road is and in the Car Park itself has massive craters in it that will...

We had a disabled access room and it was huge! Very clean. Absolutely most effective AC we've had in a UK hotel!
Staff friendly. Hotel welcoming with free refreshments at reception.

"The room was lovely and spacious and a large bathroom with walk-in shower. A continental breakfast was delivered by 8am which was very filling. The hotel is perfect for ambling round the shops as it’s in the centre of Lytham St Annes. Parking is close by with plenty of on street parking and a couple of small car parks close by."

Breakfast let the stay down, waiting nearly and hour for 4 easy breakfast (beans on toast, scrambled eggs and pancakes) and when it finally arrived it wasn’t very nice at all, we did wonder if the scrambled eggs had been dropped on the floor and scraped back on the plate- it looked so bad.
Such a shame as the rooms were lovely, very clean and the pub is lovely. I would stay again but wouldn’t be rushing back to have breakfast here."
