"Wow an interesting visit to say the least. Hotel was good, pool area and bar was much needed. Rooms are decent, but you will come to learn at the hotel that 5 minutes means 2 hours (towels, fixing items etc.) Reception staff, manager and animation team were amazing! "The breakfast buffet was great, and the rooms themselves werent bad at all. The staff however, extremely incompetent, very slow to do things and very unwilling to help out. We'd sent an email detailing our arrival time and requesting an early check in, to which theyd agreed 2 months in advance. When we arrived however, they told us they had no rooms available and that we were going to have to wait. Took ages until the manager got involved and then it sorted out. "The property was clearly not a 4 stars hotel despite the information on Expedia. We found some pads in the pool, croach in the toilets, we couldn't have 2 towels for 2 guests. The restaurant cooking was very poor. We had an all inclusive reservation but we went several times to restaurants outside to avoir eating their food. Terrible."

"Very lovely hotel with tons of activities. I went paddle boarding, on jet-ski and listened to live music. The food was delicious on full board. The sea view is totally worth the price. The staff was all wonderful. The room ambiance is excellent, clean and had enough space. Overall this was an amazing place to stay. "

"Wow wow wow!! This place is incredible! Management is so helpful and sweet. They made out stay feel like home away from home. The community is very sweet as well and were helpful in navigating the winding streets of the Medina. We slept so well and had all we needed for a wonderful experience in Hammamet. Breakfast was delicious. Very picturesque room and common areas. I can’t recommend this place enough."
