"Left earlier very noisy every night you will get no sleep. Lights in room broken. Fridge broken but they didn’t replace. Shower filthy cracked tray. Pool extremely dirty and no one used it. Food Vile rarely got what you ordered. Microwaved baked potatoes and grey chewy chicken. Female staff lovely men are terrible. Avoid the hairdresser she dyed my hair bright yellow "

"Property is run down, we misplaced our room key and they don’t have a spare so had to have someone open door each time, was an inconvenient and had to wait over 20 mins in wet clothes as it seems like they forgot to help us and had to request for help again. Next day, was able to found room key, maybe time to start using key card that can be reprogrammed if this happens to other visitors, am sure we weren’t the only ones. "This place is beyond dirty with a bad service and customer service. Also everything is very disorganized because they don’t what they are doing. They would take you towels and never replace them with a clean ones so you have no towels at all. No toilet paper ever. Sheets are super dirty and furniture is super old. The only good thing is the beach with a super expensive restaurant. It should have 2 stars not 3. Stay somewhere else! "

"The location is lovely as the privet beach very beautiful quiet excellent for relaxing. The rooms very old&rustey very not hygienic as all dierty ,,,staff were nice the domestic lady was helpfull ...people at front desk are profesional. but in general very dierty linen are old with holes on them pillows stink I had to put my shirt on top so could sleep"
