"Hotel is nice and clean, in a convenient area close to train stations, Yodabashi camera & many food choices. So very crowded and busy. Good time to wash clothes is 2am otherwise it’s difficult to wash. The washroom is always in use. Otherwise its close to everything."

"The twin bed room was very nice it was spacious and clean with lots of needed toiletries. The location was convenient to everything (food and shopping, etc.) i do recommend this hotel."

"Very fancy hotel. I personally didn’t get the chance to try the breakfast buffet but the lunch buffet was 10/10 — lots of options. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and welcoming hotel. Family mart right downstairs. 10 min walk from the train station that takes you straight to Dotonbori. If staying during mid October there’s a festival and you can see the higher fireworks from Yodogawa River from your hotel room depending on which side you’re on. If not you can catch the view from the 24hr gym...

"This is probably the best hotel we've stayed at in Japan. The hotel was beautifully maintained, had high end amenities, and the room was very spacious for being a Japanese hotel. The bed and room was so comfortable. The location of the hotel was also extremely convenient to stay and get around during the vacation. We will absolutely stay here again."

"The location is good. Close enough to metro stations to get around easily and the side streets around the hotel are pretty cool. The hotel itself is good but it didn’t meet the expectations we had going in to it. The room was spacious enough for two people and two large checked bags to go under the bed. The cleanliness was not to our expectations unfortunately. The bathtub handles and walls of the tub could do with some cleaning and the fan over the tub was full of caked dust. The shower head...

"My double bed room was spacious and clean. Friendly staff. Excellent hotel breakfast buffet! I’d highly recommend it because there are few food options around other than convenience stores open before 10 or 11am. The hotel provides free coffee, tea and pop in the lobby and we appreciated the filtered water refill stations on each floor. Washer and dryer machines were small and mediocre but expected compared to home appliances. Walking distance to public transportation. Overall very satisfied and...

"Wir haben ein etwas größeres Zimmer gebucht. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich mit guter Auswahl. Besonders gefallen hat uns die kostenlose Happy Hour 17-19 Uhr und die kostenfreien Reisgerichte ab 20 Uhr… wenn man es aufgrund des Sightseeings schafft, im Hotel zu sein. Ein modernes Hotel. Der Onsen war ebenfalls schön."

"Très bon petit déjeuner , très varié. Personnel serviable. Le Onsen fait la différence."

"I had such a great stay here! The location in Umeda is super central and just a quick walk to Umeda station, which made getting around effortless. I had to head over to Kyoto a few times during my trip, so being right near the Hankyu-Kyoto Line was an absolute game-changer for convenience. The hotel itself was really clean and comfortable. I loved the grab-and-go amenities set up in the lobby—snagging face mask packets and shaving cream (yes seriously) made my day! My room was clean, quiet,...
