"Decent hotel but no tissues in the room plus no refrigerator in the room. Lobby was not that conducive for congregations. Was there for one stay and then left the city for a couple of days and returned to this location. Requested to store one of my bags since I was returning and they charged me for it. Have done this at other hotels and this is the first time I was charged. Location of the hotel is very good. Reminder that you have to schedule your room refresh."

"A quirky hotel, close to the original Carlsberg brewery. Our basic room was pretty dark with 2 slats for windows so maybe worth upgrading. Breakfast was excellent and nice touches like free drinks between 10-11 pm. Easy walk to excellent bars and restaurants, close to Enghave metro."

"We were quite disappointed with our stay at the Crown Plaza. I was travelling with a disabled friend and while the initial desk personnel were good and friendly, it went downhill from there. Our room phone was not working which concerned me greatly, in case we needed assistance, so I had to go down to reception to report it. They sent someone up, but it could not be fixed.
