"Overall this is a very good, affordable and clean hotel! A few items broken in the room but other than that we enjoyed ourselves. Nice pool, workout room and the location to the freeway was great!! We had a bad checkin experience which really hate patronizing establishments that have incompetent front desk staff but anyway we did not let that stop us from enjoying ourselves while in Chicago.
