"The hotel is very good and should be excellent. Unfortunately, it is let down in one area, the restaurant. We had issues at breakfast on both mornings as did others seated around us. I would describe the breakfast as “chaos”. It is a shame because aside from that the hotel is very good. The check in staff were excellent and the spa is more than adequate."

The staff are very helpful and polite, the hotel itself is very clean and spacious, and the swimming pool, whilst being small, is a great attraction for us.
The only thing I would say is that if you want dinner in the restaurant then it is imperative that you reserve a table ahead of time, otherwise it will likely be fully booked."

"Worcester Bank House Hotel, Spa & Golf delivered an adequate but underwhelming stay. The room and bed were ok, comparable to a Premier Inn in décor and comfort, but the wider hotel felt tired and poorly maintained.
