"Room appeared to be clean, but on a closer look there was dried dirt marks in the bathroom, old sunflower seeds under the bed and gritty floors. The desk phone also didnt work. I attempted to call front desk of my own personal phone multiple times but it always disconnected after the automated menu. Lift to the basement carpark wasnt in use most days we were there meaning we had to use the stairs, which was not disability friendly. Room provided the basic function but that was about it."

"Great location close to shops, conference centre, star casino short walk. Very close to beach. Lots of food venues nearby. Almost at tram stop, North Broadbeach. Third bedroom had been added in so living space was a bit crammed with too much furniture. Everything well supplied, although Extra dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tablets would have been helpful especially for week long stays. Washing machine and dryer good to have available. Super amenities at venue. Stayed here before. Came back...
