"Enjoyed our two night stay at the Grand Chancellor. Reception staff were welcoming and friendly, no question was too hard to answer, and they were happy to do so. Rooms were well presented, clean, spacious. Excellent hot water in the shower, pressure was wonderful! Only a couple of small downsides - room was incredibly warm when we arrived, and even with us turning the aircon dial down to 20 it was still quite hot in the room. Didn't need a blanket :) Also there was some noise, quite possibly...

"Although i had booked for a non smoking room i was given a room on 1st floor that doors open out to a communal balcony where everyone smoked and left their butts on the froubd . The room stunk of stale smoke and the net curtains could practically stand on there own for the grime. Also its next to bars so music is loud and police siren's. Bed was fantastic but cleaniness was poor, staff where lovely . "

"I like that the room was very big and comfy with automatic air conditioning. The space for hanging clothes was big and the Queen bed was very nice too. The TV showed the welcome message with my name made me feel so happy. Really great staying here. "
