"This is my second time spending holidays at this property. I enjoy the All-Inclusive, and the views to the sea are amazing. The property could benefit from some renovations. The A/C in our room was not cooling property and the temperatures outside were 37 Celsius. It is very convenient for visiting the Ancient City of Ephesus and Virgin Mary’s House. "

"Really nice detail and super clean deluxe room, with amazing rooftop breakfast space - even if you don't get breakfast, go upstairs to check out the view! Breakfast was vegan-friendly (except no plant-based milk, sadly.) One reason I'm not giving 5 stars: there is a very loud machine in the building next door, plus a loud outside air conditioning unit which vibrated the room. Could be obnoxious to those who are noise sensitive (me). You definitely couldn't enjoy the balcony because of this...

"Great location near some lovely eating places and close to the Galata bridge and lots of transport links. Staff not very helpful or friendly but we didn’t need them much. Breakfast was tasty but no options just the same thing each morning. Fine for a few days but by day 5 I was a bit bored! Breakfast staff at the sister “root” hotel were terrible smoking at the entrance to breakfast room, not providing clean cups etc. Rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet. "It was simply the most terrible hotel I ever stayed at. Even though my reservation was for 7 nights, I was only able to last for 1 night and then I had to go to some other place. The room didn't even have enough space for me to unpack my bag. The bedsheets and towels were not clean, and the door was broken, the air conditioning didn't work, the bathroom smelled, and ... .
