The only problem was with the Expedia booking: although we paid for the included breakfast when we booked, the hotel staff said we had not. So we had to pay twice for breakfast. This is an Expedia problem (google "Expedia breakfast scam" and you'll see), not a Strata problem, so better not to select breakfast if you book through Expedia.
