This was such a great place to stay at. It exceeded our expectations. We had access to the Regency Club and it was such a treat. Daily breakfast and happy hour with less crowds. The view is amazing. Staff was so helpful and attentive. I’m not sure what they’re rated as. It felt like a 5 star hotel.

Amazing, luxurious hotel

Amazing stay at the Hyatt Regency. Excellent service from the staff - shoutout to Watabe on the reception desk who even helped us book our ferry to Zamami island. Enjoyed lunch, breakfast and a massage here for a reasonable price. Location was perfect, being less than a two minute walk from Kokusai Dori street and a ten minute drive from Naha airport. Lovely, spacious and clean rooms and bathroom. Would definitely stay again!!

Location: Convenient close to main shopping street, Staff: very vell trained, polite Restaurant options: visited Sakurazaka- lunch, the bar, the lounge, and Milano grill. Overall not bad at all.
