"Staff was helpful and friendly, Good location"

"Had a great stay! Was greeted by Ana at check in and she was amazing. Entrance of hotel was super clean and inviting. The room was clean and comfortable. Good size and everything we needed for a one night stay. The morning breakfast was one of the best I've had. Located in a good neighborhood with many restaurants within walking distance. Would stay here again!"

"The staff was so friendly and personable. The room was big and comfortable (especially the beds!). We had everything we needed and slept very well. I appreciated the make up wipes because I forgot mine. The air conditioning was comfortable, too."

"This was our 4th time here. 1. Beautiful property 2. Excellent staff, friendly! 3. Excellent location; 15 minute walk into Old Town 4. Pool area is perfect 5. Onsite bar/restaurant is great! 6. Very relaxing 7. Crafts for kids 8. Met the nicest people 9. Grounds are beautiful and are taken very good care of."

"The forced/sneaky/hidden “gratuities” are offputting. Check your bill. If you use the minibar they add a “gratuity” on top of the price. Gratuity for what? I picked up the item and poured it myself. I’m not going to “tip” when there’s no service."
