"There was more parking spaces when we got there late, the receptionist was very helpful she explained where the restaurant was and the bar where we can now order food if we are hungry which we were, because the restaurant was closing. The rooms were very clean, breakfast was nice dinner was excellent depending on your choice. Overall friendly staff and my stay was enjoyable. Plenty of leaflets on were you want to go and see."
"Nice property, well equipped kitchen. Great location ( near pub, shops, fantastic cafe. ) The only downside was automatic check in didn’t go smoothly and very hard to contact anyone so took almost an hour of hanging around before we could access room. Such a shame because otherwise it was great! Hopefully this will be rectified and not happen in the future for other guests."

"my husband and i enjoyed our stay. Set in a lovely position on the cliff above the beach the grounds were lovely with ample seating outside. All staff were friendly and helpful which contributed greatly to our enjoyment in the hotel. Would stay here again."
"We found the staff friendly, helpful and efficient. The food was good and plentiful. The rooms, at least ours, have been modernised but are on the small side; offering little space to relax when not out, dining or sleeping. This is not helped by the lack of comfortable furniture on which to relax in the public area (emphasis on the 'pub'). "Lovely room we stayed in(rye).
Looks like it was a living room in it's past life. Lovely decorations and styling. Loved all the hares! (Not hairs). Really comfy bed.
Dog hairs evident on the sofa and on the floor in some areas though which is is a negative. No fruit hardly at breakfast, lovely croissant and toast though, please don't charge for supplying lattes, I didn't have a big breakfast at all as I don't eat meat so I thought that was unreasonable for the price."
"Generally very good, however there was a few disappointing things such as the bed wasn't particularly comfortable, the room was a bit small and tired, the black pudding at breakfast wasn't cooked properly (it was like rubber), also olive oil and balsamic should not be pre-mixed let people adjust the ratio to their taste. The staff were very good and the location is very good."
