"Wonderful stay, Brian at the front desk upon checking in was helpful and friendly. I wish the pillows on the bed were bigger and more there were two pillows on the kingsize bed and I had to ask for more.
I would definitely stay there again.
We did have the fire alarm go off at 2am and were outside for almost an hour. I did not think there was much communication so that could be improved."

Once we went up to the room, the room did not have enough lighting. One of the outlets weren't working. The ice machine on our floor had no ice. When I tried to call Front Desk to find out what other floor had a...

"At first, everything seemed very clean, but as soon as you open cabinets and start using appliances, you will realize how dirty everything is. The laundry machine, dish washer, garbage can, and inside of every single cabinet and closet were absolutely filthy. The drain in the bathtub was clogged and there was damage on the ceiling from a water leak that looked molded and disgusting. There were no garbage bags for the kitchen (we had to buy them and left a box in the cabinet under the sink for...
