"Very pleased with this property. The price was excellent for the location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Felt very secure with the high tech elevator system. Great location 2 blocks from the Cap One Arena where I went to see Rush. Highly recommend."

"The room was very spacious. Loved that the social bar inside this hotel stayed open late. Also loved that the hotel had microwaves downstairs near the cafe."

"The hotel itself was very nice. The rooms were clean, the staff were nice and the actual state itself was pleasant. However, there was one piece that made this day, not so pleasant. When you get there, you get the choice of either parking in nearby parking, garages or valet. I chose valet. When I asked where the parking garages were, nobody knew. To be fair, they kind of knew, but weren’t sure and when my son and I Ubered to the event that we were attending, there were no parking garages to be...

"We arrived earlier than check in time and the staff stored our luggage. The sitting areas were clean and comfortable. We used the public restroom in the hotel to freshen up, it was dark in there, so the lighting could be brighter. Our room was small, with one King bed but was very cozy and comfortable. The security on staff after hours was friendly and informative with how to use the afterhours door and then offered us water to take to our room. They accommodated our late check out request...

"I was impressed by the hotel. It truly was a 4 star, not like others in that area that claim to be. Your staff was very helpful and professional."

"I was very disappointed with this property and would not stay again. There was a high pitch tone in the room at night and in the morning. There was a 30. daily fee added to the $300+ a night charge but could be used in restaurant so I went there for breakfast. The coffee was undrinkable and the food quite bad. Service the same. ugh Penty of other places to choose from."

"The location and walkability to all DC museums, monuments, etc., was exceptional!!! There were many diverse types of restaurants within just a few blocks as well. The hotel, lobby, and everything about our room was fantastic, and I will definitely stay at the Grand Hyatt next time I’m in DC."
