"Stayed at Royal Sonos downtown Chicago with my son to celebrate my birthday . Excellent property, is under statement! The rooms are spacious and clean. The lobby was not only clean. It smelled so good as you walk in. Excellent location ! walking distance to everything . I was upgrade to the Riverview room . The view was exceptional !Everybody that worked there was extremely friendly and kind. We received A+ hospitality. Thank you for making my birthday so special!"

"We stayed 3 nights. The hotel has two elevators. Each was out of service at some point; one was out of service an entire day. The workout room is tiny and lacks much equipment."

"Stood here for a night to celebrate my best friend’s birthday and bachelorette. I made notes specifying why we were celebrating"

"The bathroom in my room was looking worse for wear, broken tiles and caulk missing. However the room itself was clean and staff was sooooo helpful and courteous which made my stay great! I even was out of body wash and the girl at the front desk made sure I got some after house keeping didn’t bring any after an hour and I wanted to shower. Good people working here!"

"I will come back and recommend"
