"From the moment we entered Friendliness was the Name of the Game! Tasha showed us to our room and told us everything we needed to know. The room was nice, large, well renovated, bed was very comfortable. We went to eat in the dining room for our evening meal which was delicious. "Lovely hotel, great staff, gorgeous individually decorated room, and amazing pools/ spa! My only issue was that i have coeliac disease and got contaminated by eating fries at lunch as although the menu said they were gluten free, they apparently didnt have a seperate fryer i found out in retrospect...so i felt awful all afternoon. "

The staff were very willing to accommodate vegan options on their meal choices and there was one vegan option on the specials board (please not risotto - why is risotto the goto vegan meal for every hotel - why not get some frozen beyond beef burgers and give a vegan burger option for instance) "
