"Olive Green was a comfortable, modern hotel on a pretty plaza, convenient to the sites in downtown Heraklion. The room was on the small side and the spaces in the bathroom were a bit awkward. The breakfast was excellent. We were comfortable."

"This was a relaxing property for a one night stay prior to our flight home. Staff were accommodating and grounds were smaller but nice. The property is located where several busy roads are nearby so there was some traffic noise but it did not impact our short stay."

"An extremely beautiful hotel, built of stone, in the Greek style. Resting here, it is as if you fall into an interesting story. All the staff, especially Helen and Yanis, are very friendly. The food is extremely tasty and varied. Many thanks to the cook. There was always hot water, the rooms were constantly cleaned .We are very satisfied with our vacation at Village Stone. "Really liked the hotel facilities. Food was really good, especially breakfast, and meat and desserts were delicious. Also had drinks on tap all day eg soft drinks and coffee. Staff were really helpful and efficient. Also area around the hotel was nice with several interesting shops and cafes in close proximity. Easy to get to and from Heraklion via buses 1 to Heraklion and 6 back to the hotel. Both stops very close to the hotel. Its a very interesting city. Also really close proximity to...

"Booked as a last minute 3 night stay for my wife and I, having not been to Crete previously. The hotel was great. Large clean room with a sea view, 2 pools, a water park and plenty of sunbeds. There is also a reserved area on the beach for hotel guests with an all inclusive bar right next to it. The food was good, with plenty of choice. I would 100% recommend this hotel. We are already looking at returning again with our kids."
