"Alles war soweit sehr gut. Essen war gut, Zimmer modern. Poolanlage groß, Strand sehr schön. Nur die Zimmerreinigung war nicht gut. Dicker Staub auf Oberflächen und benutztes Geschirr blieb einfach stehen.

"Most staff are very friendly, rooms were nice and AC worked really well. Just a few weird rules , they won't give you any water after breakfast. I tried to fill up my water bottle to go to the gym thats on site , I was yelled at from a distance which was embarrassing " you're not allowed water "
Also while using the gym I was told not to make any noise because people were getting a massage , why out the gym next to it then ? How's that my problem."

Wir waren als Familie mit Kindern in diesem Vier-Sterne-Hotel und insgesamt wirklich sehr zufrieden. Die Anlage ist sehr schön, gepflegt und angenehm ruhig. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die Sauberkeit und das ausgesprochen freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Auch das Essen war gut und hat uns gefallen.

Breakfast was very good even though its not a buffet style but had many options. Beach view was perfect, pool was cool too. Loved the live Dj each day. "This would have been the perfect hotel had it not been for hundreds of unruly children running around. I blame the parents for the lack of order. The worst part was in the evening. In the bar for a relaxing drink and live music but liile kids running around the tables and back and forth in front of the band. Also there is a dress code but not enforced. "I loved our stay in Alexander House hotel. I am 60 and my mum who was with me is 80. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone who has walking difficulties as there are a lot of steps and levels. We really had to pace ourselves but it was well worth it. The staff were all so pleasant and friendly. Plenty of choice for meals.
