"This hotel was in a most convenient area, close to Covent Garden and all means of transportation. The staff was friendly (although some told us wrong directions a couple of times) and the entire place very clean. The breakfast was the same each day, with runny scrambled eggs and no berries among the fresh fruit. However, the coffee and teas were delicious and a variety of fresh breads. "Nice, well maintained rooms. Customer service kind of lackidaisical."

"The shuttle bus goes to the airpoirt every 30 minutes. Its an extra cost but Renaissance does not share with other hotels so you’re almost sure to get a place on the bus. Hotel looks in need of updating on the outside, but inside it is pretty good. Food in restaurant was pretty good too. Overall we had a good stay."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was quite spacious for the four of us—two adults and two teen kids. The staff were responsive and housekeeping tidied up well when we were out. Clean and outstanding location. We could walk to the Tower of London and the Tower Hill tube stop, and also many cafes and pubs. I would stay here again."

"The hotel was quite nice. While there was an issue with a stain on one of the towels, overall it seemed clean. Very easily accessible to the tube and only about an hour walk to Piccadilly Circus and Westminster areas."
