"After 21 days driving the UK and staying at 10 different accommodations the Hyatt at Heathrow was the perfect way to spend our last night in UK. The rooms were perfect to relax before a 24 hours of travel ahead of us. Great breakfast followed by a workout in well appointed Gym."

"Very close to the airport, the restaurant although we didn’t use it looked fantastic. If you arrive close to midnight there’s very very few options for food/snacks. "

"Staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. I had breakfast in the restaurant and I was greeted warmly. The restaurant staff were so attentive to our needs. They kept checking if our coffees need refilling. They don't stop moving around, cleaning tables. Such hardworking staff. "

"Super central in Reading... Clean, well-equipped. Lovely little pool and sauna area with pool/gym towels - all free for guests - great to keep the little ones occupied on a rainy day. Parking at the hotel's car park itself is costly at £19/night but they can validate some local multi-story car parks within 7-8 mins walk so not paying more than £7-8. Can also use the hotel car park to drop off luggage but it does take a little while to make your way in. "

"For almost every part of this property it was exceptionally. Sadly the staff (at least the reception staff) failed badly. When we arrived we were questioned if we book the room via Expedia, I said yes and almost instantly the room we booked, a king, was just not available. I told here that it was unfortunate being that I had booked the room months in advance and I needed to involve management. Almost as fast the room I booked became available. "Just a one night stay to go to the theatre and a look around the area. Hotel very handy and my room was clean and very comfy, no problem with any noise and everything worked."

"Lovely hotel with beautiful grounds to sit outside and enjoy a drink and some lunch. We paid for a large room with a four poster bed. The room was clean the only downside was the view, which was the roof top with all the air con vents which made noises at times and you could see into windows or other rooms, so really no view which was a shame for such a grand room (room 201 Prince Albert suite). There was a wedding taking place and our room was directly above the reception. Receptionist did...

"Beautiful hotel and a lovely stay despite ongoing construction works. We stayed on a Friday night and were mostly unaffected - some areas of the hotel were clearly ready to be updated but the facilities we used were brilliant. Our room was a river view and the balcony was not yet ready to be used. The room itself was a standard size but the cleanliness is what made it a great stay. We really appreciated the robes and slippers for using the onsite pool and spa. We absolutely loved the outdoor...

"There should be a lift from the basement car park to the reception. Difficult to carry luggage up the stairs. Some of the the doors were heavy to open. The car park has a width limit to enter which in my view is not necessary. Car park was tight with space. There should be a hand held shower in the bath. Difficult to reach the rose, to change position and therefore made a mess on the floor. Easy to slip. These are constructive comments and hope it helps to improve facilities."
