"We stayed at this property in May 2026. While the staff were extremely kind and helpful, the air conditioner in our room was not working and they refused to change our room since they were all booked and declined a refund/compensation too. When you pay £137 a night the least you expect is for the air conditioner to work especially when it’s been a hot day and you’re on the top floor of the hotel. Pretty poor for a ‘Marriott’ hotel. Avoid at all costs."

Breakfast was fresh with a wide selection of options available while other restaurant meals served well after a day of activity. Staff were friendly and happy to help with our enquiries. Would recommend this hotel."
