"The front desk staff were amazing, so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our kids were happy to see a play area directly inside the lobby too. The room was nice, and it was useful to have a water dispenser on every level. Breakfast was good, selection could have been better but it was perfectly fine for a great start. The pool and spa facilities were a nice touch with both a proper steam room and sauna. I advise to go earlier as it can get busy with families in the pool. Gym is well kitted...

"Our room was spotless, and I enjoyed the setting, but I was very disappointed when I wanted to use the pool and was asked to pay an extra £10 per person. How can a hotel guest be expected to pay to use the hotel's own pool? I have stayed in many hotels—in Scotland, Venice, Germany, Spain—and this is the first time I have ever experienced something like this. "Room was the worst I have ever stayed in , , cobwebs , along with the spiders in corner , bird droppings on window , stains on carpets & chairs , the furniture was worn and scratched , carpet a tripping hazard as all uneven , & not just in the room , the list goes on . Sorry if I've got his name wrong. both were really helpful. We loved the room and everything was great. I would highly recommend a stay at your hotel to friends. Thank you for a great stay."

"This is advertised as a Radisson Blu hotel. It is not. It is now a majestic hotel. We stayed here 6 months ago when it was still Radisson Blu… I don’t believe any maintenance has been completed since the takeover - the staff are lovely and helpful but the hotel has lost everything about it that made it special.
