"Beautiful hotel, with very spacious rooms which are like mini apartments! Balconies have a stunning view of the mountains and lake. Great parking directly outside the hotel. Rooms have two levels, with kitchen and living space upstairs, and bathroom/bedroom downstairs. Breakfast was wonderful, great service from staff and picturesque view. Will definitely chose this hotel again. "

"This hotel has a great location. Very close to the train station, but in a quiet area. The hotel is either newer or newly renovated which is nice. The hotel staff were very friendly & helpful. "

"The staff was exceptional! They offered dining at late hours of the evening, which was helpful when we got in late and there weren’t many options in the area. The bus comes right to the hotel and took about 40 minutes with stops to get to Interlaken. We couldn’t get any bikes from the property and there weren’t any bike rental shops in the area so we did have to travel by bus to go on adventures around the area. "

"AC was important for me and theirs worked, great breakfast buffet that had scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage links, potato pancakes. Also had smoked salmon which was delicious and included fruit (pineapple, watermelon, grapes, cut into small pieces.. as well as banana, apple and plum). Had great Italian restaurant (called cucina, had fantastic moscato, veal with rissotto was great as well... i heard prosciutto pizza and lamb chops were a hit as well..... they had a rooftop bar/lounge ALSO!"

"The hotel located very close to the lake Lucerne with awesome lake view room and balcony. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Hotel staff was very nice, gave us suggestions on sight seeing and transportation options in Lucerne. Breakfast was tasty with wide selection and frendly hostess. "

"We’ve got Eiger view room on the 5th floor, oh my goodness, it was so beautiful. Room was big and everything was perfect. Location is perfect too, it is Just a minute walk from the train station, bus station is just opposite the hotel. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby."
