"Daryl, the manager, took great care of us, as did all the staff. Had two dinners and two breakfasts, all the meals were great! There is no onsite parking so either find a parking spot on your own or pay for parking in one of the lots. There is a loading area right by the hotel door, so we were able to check in, get our luggage to our room and then find parking. There is no luggage rack or closet, except for a small open rod that had a 7-8 hangers - had to leave suitcases and bags on the floor....

"Clean and tidy and within easy walking distance to the restaurant and bar (Lakeside). The staff were warm and friendly, prompt and professional whilst serving. Highly recommended to visitors. I woul recommend however that the aged or disabled go for Accomodation at the lakeside hotel as there is a 100 yard climb to the lake houses from the restaurant."

"We stayed 2 nights here and loved it. We first met Martin when we checked in and he made it a great stay. He was always attentive and helpful. He managed to persuade us not only on breakfast but also on dinner both nights and we weren’t disappointed. The food was amazing. We stayed in a garden room, so with our dog this was ideal as a door opened onto the garden with a table and chairs outside. The shower pressure wasn’t the best and we never did figure out how to turn on the bedside lights but...
