"It was all just exactly what you would need to have for short visit stay. Very nice bed, very clean room, very nice shower, basic essentials to use without needing to open your suitcase anymore. "The hotel is not a 4*, perhaps a 3 or 3 1/2*. Rooms, carpets and bathrooms are dated and need a renovation. The room light switches do not make sense. No face cloths are provided or available. On return to the room one day, we found the bathroom floor covered in water and a couple of towels were obviously used to help soak up the water. The rug outside the bathroom was wet. The A/C had been turned up to 30C. Reporting this issue to housecleaning resulted in someone coming very quickly with a handful of towels. There was no explanation and the towels soaked up the water. The bed and pillows were very firm. Location is central in TST area and close to Nathan Road and Kowloon Park. All the hotels we stayed at in China were significantly better than this one in Hong Kong."
