This time we were on the 24th floor. It was a bit loud up there do to the roof top bar and grill, but it wasnt bad enough to stop sleep "

Breakfast across the street was good, walking distance to our venue. Right on The Loop so location was perfect for a night out at a show and shopping the next day. "

When we arrived, the room we reserved with two beds was not available, and only a king room remained. We were on a tight schedule for a concert and needed to get ready quickly, so waiting wasn’t really an option. Rahma immediately stepped in with solutions. She offered a rollaway bed and, more importantly, went above and beyond by offering to comp our dinner to make up for the inconvenience. That...

"Hotel staff was very nice when we arrived and held our bags for us while we attended our event. Bed was very comfy. Rooms were clean and breakfast was excellent. We will be staying again."

We had a two night stay and expected our room to be cleaned the next day. Nobody had visited our room at all. Honestly felt like a discount Hampton Inn. The staff except for the bartender were not very kind or welcoming. I would not stay here again."

"Welcomes pets but toilet was not cleaned thoroughly and the room had a light odor that was not pleasant. The refrigerator in the room did not work so my beverages never got cold. However, the staff was super welcoming, friendly and professional. Also, parking was horrible and far and to top it off I had to pay $44 per day for SELF PARKING. I will not be staying here again."
