"The property really live.up to its name... It is small but new, clean, modern and up to date interior designing... I rated low for their staff due to my encounter with my 7 year old daughter, they did not attend to us or even acknowledge that while we were waiting for the bar attendee chit-chatting to other co.worker and we were the only customer there. My daughter was hungry and wanted to go back to our room when we asked for help the response was snappy and short. The bar attendant was snappy...

"We like staying at this property because it is convenient to many shopping and restaurant venues within a couple blocks. The only thing that we didn’t like is that sometimes the unhoused individuals would come into the Ground floor entrance and beg for money. The security desk is not manned at times. Other than that, the property is well kept and the staff is incredible! This was our second time staying here and we will stay again. "

"Great location! No major issues. Only critic I have is we were offered to update, I selected one and asked about it upon check in. The lady checking us in basically said that you won’t ever get the upgrades when they sent them. Just wondering why you would offer an upgrade if you never truly honor them. Also, don’t get hyped by the Balmain toiletries , they clearly refill the bottles with off brand soap, lotion etc. "
