"We enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean, there was a kettle and a mini fridge. Beds were comfortable. It was close for the things we needed. Walking distance to some restaurants. We always saw staff cleaning. The pool was great. Didn't realize I needed a swim cap but they have them available for sale at the pool desk. We didn't use the on-site bar or restaurant. The restaurant has a nice sun room that looked like a great place to enjoy some down time.

"We had high hopes for this hotel and were so excited for it. It is a beautiful place and we booked one night in the woodland sweet. Our phone was broken and in order to call the desk we had to use our cellphones and incur international charges. The food we ordered for breakfast was never delivered— and we had to call on our cellphone again for the lift back up to the main part of the resort. It’s coming to the end of the season for the woodland experience— and we were left feeling forgotten. ...
"The location is great. The Lobby, bar and so on are beyond beautiful. The room was dark and dated, the carpet was dirty. The parking was included at a car park around the corner."

"Hotel is very conveniently located within the city of Cork. Clean, comfortable beds with great free parking and friendly staff. Hotel does not offer breakfast but I didn't want or need it. This is my favorite place to stay in Cork"
"Property has some a nice onsite restaurant. Dinner was good. Room was probably one of the larger hotel rooms we found in Ireland. Breakfast had a buffet and hot food option. It was okayish. Selection was fine just was probably the least tasty breakfast I had compared to other hotels we stayed at."
