"It is in a great location very close to Birmingham New Stree station with a plethora of shops in the heart of Birmingham.I did not eat supper at the hotel but from what I saw their menu seemed limited. However you are spolit for choice of places to eat within a short walking distance from the hotel. "

So would have been a nice gesture to give free overnight parking. I have no complaints really, only that maybe there should be more consideration and compassion for neurodiverse people like myself. "Great stay good location ! Complimentary drink voucher on arrival, beer or wine. Breakfast lacked meat gluten free sausage. Breakfast was hot and tasty with lots of choice. Room was spacious and comfortable, room cleaned and towels changed on a two night stay. Overall a great stay. "
