"Loved this property. You can walk through all of downtown Banff perfectly from this location. Quiet and clean. Bed was super comfy. Rooms are very large. Staff is great. Lots of perks like free parking and bus pass. The rooftop has 2 hot tubs that are clean and comfortable. The indoor pool is a bit smaller than I’m used to but it’s still a great perk. Would stay here again. "

"Wonderful stay. Hotel is modern and in great shape. Room was wonderful. Didn’t hear any outside noise. Bed and pull out sofa were comfy. Pool is refreshing after spending some time in the hot tubs. Parking was free. Coffee shop had great coffee and some food choices but we decided to have breakfast in town. "

"I believe your experience will not be the same if you dont stay at Fairmont Banff. The view from our room was worth it alone. Fantastic service. Easy walk or bus to town. Would recommend signing up for tours in advance. Better to join tours rather than renting a car and doing on your own. We also arranged a private tour which is a great option as well. Cant imagine any rating less than a 5!"

"The room space is small but it was clean and well maintained. There was a fridge in the room but no microwave. We had asked to use a microwave but no one was able to provide us with this service. The steam room, hot tub and pool indoor was a great amenities though. The location is perfectly located downtown where everything is within walking distance. "
