This was my first time at this hotel and I was extremely happy with it. Great location, everything was in walking distance and the room was huge! I've stayed at many Banff hotels and this one was by far the biggest, coziest one Ive stayed at. It was spotless and the staff was very friendly and helpful. This will likely be my new Banff hotel to book whenever I'm in town! 10/10

The hotel has clearly refitted its bedrooms recently; they are spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was basic but adequate and there’s plenty of alternative options nearby. My wife and I agree that we would happily stay there again.

The location was excellent. Short walk to downtown Banff but also quiet. The hotel breakfast was very good. I didn’t eat any other meals there so cannot comment. The fitness center is small and not well maintained. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The location of the lodge is an easy walk to main downtown area of Banff. My room was spacious and clean. Services offered at the lounge is excellent. The $15 dollar food and drink credit per day is a nice option if you want to have a meal or drinks at a great price that is literally in the lodge. The staff is very attentive and helpful for your inquires. If you don't like to walk to the downtown area, ask the front desk for a bus pass and they will issue one for you for as long as you stay. I'm very happy with my stay and will book again.
