Once in the room, it was very clean with all the amenities you’d require, as well as a fridge which was a nice surprise. No safe which is the norm nowadays. "What a welcome from the receptionists. The staff are incredibly helpful, polite and couldn’t do enough for us. The room was spotless, bed was really comfy, facilities like hairdryer, toiletries, mini fridge and tv all excellent. My only critique was no mirror on or near dressing table to do hair and makeup. "Perfect location next to Piccadilly train station. We were lucky enough to stay in one of the newly refurbished rooms so everything was brand new. Very quiet with blackout curtains so able to sleep in. All the staff were really nice and special mention to Habish, the bar manager who looked after us so well at the hotel bar. We will definitely stay here again next time we're in Manchester, highly recommend. "
