"Hotel was clean and well decorated. Room had Keurig with coffee and tea pods as well as needed condiments for such. Bath items like a robe, shampoo, soap, moisturizer are provided along with plenty of fresh towels. Child enjoyed the splash pad and lazy river. A tad busy right after school, less crowded after dinner time. "We booked the Hotel, called to check on the room as there was a Power outage in the area due to snow. We were told on the phone the room was ready. We arrived, went to check in. The women a reception informed us "You know we have no electricity, hot water, all facilities were closed. They were were willing to check us in, noting that there are only lights in the hallways. How about close the Hotel and halt booking? Terrible Managment."
