"I don’t believe that this hotel currently warrants a four-star rating. The restaurant staff were consistently slow and not at all proactive. We waited a few minutes to be seated because the host and another employee were talking, right in front of us and they did not thank us for waiting. After ordering and receiving our food, no one ever checked in with us. There were very few guests in the restaurant and a lot of staff not doing anything. We had to go get someone just to order and get water...
