"The parking was ridiculous. The parking fees were crazy. 50$ for valet, and $30 a day for parking you had to walk across two streets to get to hotel.
Other than that, nice place and amazing staff"

"We stayed in a beach view king bed suite. The room was very clean, a little basic but had everything we needed. Most of the staff were really friendly and helpful, apart from one bartender who completely ignored us multiple times. He would even look away as he walked past us at the bar, it was 15 minutes before we got served a drink (by a different bartender that walked behind the bar) and then we sat with empty glasses for another 10 minutes. He was cleaning, on his phone, re-stocking the bar...

"Long wait for service when ordering at times. Day 1 waited to get Mothers Day Brunch was told it was sold out to locals. Yet an hour later a couple walks up
To bar and inquired and got to purchase. Was told no upgrade even though Expedia stated so. Ended up getting one when a sign fell
On me. Door staff very nice. Front desk needs hospitality training. Most waiters was nice. "

"This little jem is absolutely amazing. The staff is unbelievably attentive, polite and professional. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay wonderful. The multiple pools are clean and refreshing. Drinking cocktails in the pool is allowed. They have an adult pool with a bar and kitchen serving delicious food all day. They have the biggest jacuzzi i have ever seen, so relaxing. Everything was above 5 star. We will be back, in fact its hard to leave this slice of heaven. Highly...

"You have to pay for valet parking or paid parking off-site. Hidden fees. I don't think I will stay here again. $325 room and end up paying about $500 total. The pool was nice. The fire pit was cozy. The bar has a beautiful view and a nice atmosphere. The "oceanview" room was clean, but it was located directly over the AC units, and they were very loud. You can't hear the ocean at all. The staff was the best part of the hotel. I didn't like the hidden fees. Will not be returning."

"I thought the bar had a pretty good selection for a bed and breakfast. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. We had absolutely no problems with our stay, and we will definitely return!"

"Clean room. Wonderful staff. Glorious view from room, oceanfront pool, and outdoor gas grills made this place amazing. Great for a weekend or an extended stay. The staff are all amazing and incredibly accommodating. Having a full kitchen with dishes and everything necessary to cook was exceptional. We plan to stay here every time we are in the area. Convenient access to Orlando, hour drive on I-4. "
