"Top location at center of Melbourne CBD. Newly build hotel suits young family."

"The large windows gave us excellent views. The bed was comfortable. The kitchenette was well equipped. Our only negative is that we had trouble operating the washer/dryer. The manual was no help at all. We ended up with wet clothes."

"Convenient in Carlton, great customer service"

"This is a really good hotel in an excellent location, close to public transport , cinemas, restaurants and the whole Eastland shopping complex. The rooms are comfortable and clean. A restaurant is available and there's a good bar for a refreshing drink. We always stay here when in Ringwood, and the staff always make us feel as if we've come home"

"Lift buttons did not work Crazy system of different lifts because building amalgamated"

"More cleaning is needed for the carpets"

"Excellent facilities and close to transport, very clean rooms and friendly helpful staff."

The staff we excellent and very helpful and even were willing to move us to a family room at no extra charge the next day. We opted to stay in our room as it was too disruptive to...

"It’s a great location, near the river and the Arts Centre. Neat, clean, tidy and safe. What’s not to like."
