"I arrived at the hotel around 12pm, although check-in was not until 3pm. I was told I could check in earlier if I upgraded to a more expensive room, but I decided not to and instead left my luggage at reception before heading to a wedding. "The room was clean and the bed comfortable. However, we really didn't like the Pub and Grill - small, crowded and very noisy - the football being shown on every vertical surface was embellished with loud and annoying music. We decided to eat in our room - which had its own contribution to add. The only way to order was via an app - which didn't work. As there are no phones in the rooms ( and no phone number provided to reach reception), I had to stand in the hallway to use one of the few...

"We never ate at the hotel it was less expensive elsewhere. Can’t complain except towels need to be renewed. Also hand soap would be nice. Room noisy in the morning because of traffic. Staff should greet customers coming in and out of hotel it’s part of your job!"
