"The hotel is under construction. The elevators don't work. The gym is closed. The pool is difficult to access - Requires walking outside, uphill on a long, steep parking garage ramp. If traveling with older adults, anyone in a wheelchair or anyone with difficulty walking, it makes the pool virtually impossible to access. Had we known, we would have stayed elsewhere."
