"The Leonardo was very clean, staff were really nice, lovely comfy beds n pillows and the breakfast was very good. I was on the 5th floor facing the rear and the room was very quiet. Park opposite the front of the hotel not at the back and save yourself £3/day. A quick but comfortable stay. "

"Everything was perfect until breakfast this morning arriving at 8.40 the restaurant was not busy but I d could not find a clean table!! I ended moving dirty plates to another table. Not clean cutlery was available and it took 7 minutes for the member of staff to fetch me some!! At which point I’d ate my cooked breakfast mostly by my hands!? "

"Lovely stay could not fault anything except the tv advertised as having SKY tv but is only the 4 min channels as the TV refuses to connect to internet and would only been Netflix Amazon etc anyway not sky"

Lovely outside areas to enjoy in the sunshine. Location was great, easy walk to city centre and Quay. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Exeter. "

"The staff go above and beyond to satisfy customer needs. The evening food is excellent. The car park also has 4nr Osprey destination chargers, ideal for my plug in hybrid for overnight charging. The car park is large, well lit and safe for overnight parking."
