"Very nice, clean and friendly hotel close to all the attractions in Bath. Comfortable and spacious room with good mattresses. If there was one thing to change it has to be the TV: there is a nice smart tv in the room, but all the apps have been disabled, and in the evening, when wifi is heavily used, the tv connection suffers and the quality dwindles."

"Lovely clean hotel, the reception area smelt amazing as we walked in. Noticed a very lovely bar area, umbrellas you could rent and an Uber machine. I thought these extra services were very clever to offer. The room was spacious, clean and well presented. The bathroom was also very modern and well designed. "First time users of Leonardos. Will definitely use again. Centre of Cardiff and everything in walking distance. Hotel breakfast fab with something for everyone. Room fab. Not a great view and shower was warm rather than hot . Staff fantastic especially the reception staff. All in all an enjoyable few days. We will be back."
