"Staff was courteous and helpful the property is clean and well priced but most of the electrical outlets located on the lamps (which are dearly outdated) did not work I had to move furniture to reach a wall outlet for our chargers. everything else was fine. very close to UCF to visit my daughter "

"We loved the hotel. I was there with my family and we had a wonderful time. The rooms are super comfortable, the staff is super helpful and attentive, and the food at the restaurant is delicious. The only unpleasant thing was a "private party" at the pool where the attendees were behaving quite inappropriately (a couple was practically having sex in the pool, other girls were twerking, etc.) and everything could be seen from the rooms. "There are actually so many nice things to say about this place. The host is super kind and always available. The place is beautifully decorated with everything you might need even an iron hair dryer. I am very sensitive to scented items and there are no harsh chemicals or scents. Even the soaps and lotions she provides are not overly scented. I was surprised to learn there was a cleaning fee but it’s only $25 which seems fair. "This was a great location for us since we wanted to be close to the events center. Grocery shopping and food options nearby. The property was clean, roomy, and comfortable! The pool and commons areas were great. We were able to walk around the property in the evening; nice family vibe. Our host was kind and responsive. This space would be great for a family or group of friends traveling, too! "
