Though its a bit old property, the unit itself is very clean and everything inside works and big plus is that there is a balcony facing the ocean. I will come back here anytime given the chance. Highly recommended

Absolutely loved this beach condo experience for my family! Big enough for 3 kids and 4 adults! Pool was clean, hot tub was hot! And beach was a step away! People were all so pleasantly kind here! Can’t say enough good things!

The property had everything for out overnight stay while waiting fits our cruise. We took a walk to the beach, enjoyed the pool and arcade. There is also a restaurant on property. The staff were really nice. Our condo was spacious, clean and stocked. Will stay again!!

Lovely ocean view from the balcony. Easy 2 minute walk to the ocean. Easy 5 minute walk to eateries. 20 minutes fron Kennedy Space Center.

This property is located on the beach. It has 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms, washer / dryer, kitchen, living room and balcony. We were able to check in early. It is close to everything. We loved it here and would absolutely stay again!

Our stay was excellent; my husband, our son, and I stayed for two nights. All the hotel staff were very attentive and friendly, and the room was impeccably clean. The ocean view was a wonderful bonus. We really enjoyed the pool, which was open until 11 PM. I would suggest an 11:00 AM check-out time. We will definitely be back very soon—I was very pleased.

The facility is very clean and the staff are friendly. I saw reviews with negative comments... all I could really see is that it's an older facility and not "fancy". Everything was comfortable, clean, and easy to access. They allowed us to check in early after our cruise and held our luggage on our departure day so we could enjoy the beach for a few hours before our flight. I actually can't believe the value for the price. If you don't care if your resort is "dated" in style and just want comfort, affordability, and beach proximity, This Is Where You Want To Stay. STEPS from the beach. I could see my teens running around in the surf from the balcony.

Loved the balcony with the beach view! The room was clean and spacious and well equipped. Loved having a full kitchen with just about everything you'd need including cleaning supplies to keep things tidy during your stay. Will definitely be back!

We had an excellent weekend here, just what we needed after a conference. Proximity to the beach was stellar, the customer service was top notch, our room had e everything that we would need and more, and location a little further north ensured that it was quiet when it needed to be quiet..lol Would definitely recommend this location to anyone who needs from a few days to a longer stay.

Amazing views of the ocean, you cannot beat the beautiful sunrises in the morning from the balcony. We had a two bedroom, two bath condo with a full kitchen and living area and it was perfect for our family of four. The proximity to area amenities was perfect. The beach access was also great and the beach wasn’t busy, it was further away from the pier.
