"What an excellent hotel! Quick check-in and check-out, Rooms are very spacious and are outfitted wonderfully, like hotels used to do! Endless drawers for storage and lot of amenities. The room was super quiet- never heard a sound from other rooms. The decor, even in the hallways is high end. Elevators so quick- don’t think I ever waited 30 seconds. Convenient in-town location with lots to walk to. TIP: turn right out of hotel, right at next street, half block to great open air market, continue...

"The hotel seems to be a bit old (was told over 20 years) but the staff were very friendly and helpful when we complained about the odor in the rooms. The hotel manager Brenda was very nice. She apologized and showed us other rooms that are clean and fresh. We switched to the new rooms and was happy about it. "We stayed at KaoYu for 5 nights and we enjoyed it immensely. Although constrained by the fact that guests have to share common lifts with the tower office workers for access to its lobby on the 15th floor. We noticed that KaoYu always try their best to serve their customers and hence we are happy to give them 5 out of 5. keep up the good work."
