"The staff at the Spa, the reception staff, were completely hospitable. The location was brilliant. It was proper quiet at night, and although very near the town centre, we were able to sleep like logs. After Brexit, most of these Romanian and Polish had decided to return. Our loss. Thank God that some have remained with their warm and kind approach, which is quite different from the cold and reserved reception from some other hotels. "

"I spent 4 nights at the Hotel du Vin in June 2024. I had never been to one of their properties before. Simon checked me in and was very helpful. The rooms are generous and I was very comfortable. All the staff I encountered were very nice and helpful. The location is fabulous for exploring this town, going to a show, or seeing all the Shakespeare sights. "

"Staff very courteous, breakfast cooked to order (which I like rather than buffet style) also tasty, nice gardens, room clean and well styled with everything I needed. Shower probably could be improved, although it was easily adjustable and worked. Some TV remote buttons didn't work but managed to work around it. Would definitely go back."

"Just had a great stay at Victoria Park Lodge and wanted to leave a review. I stay away with work most weeks and don’t usually bother reviewing but I thought this place deserved a thumbs up. It’s nothing super fancy but everything was pleasant, clean abs presented nicely. Beds comfortable and plenty of sockets in convenient places (not always the case bizarrely).
