"We had the most wonderful experience, Andy (the manager) was in direct contact with us even before the trip and he arranged for our pick up even when we changed the departure point at the last minute. He made our honeymoon absolutely lovely and special at this hotel!
The room was absolutely wonderful, large, with amazing views. The facilities are breathtaking, swimming pool was great. The best part was just walking through the hotel and feeling like being in a palace everyday. The area for the...
"Rooms were very clean and furnished very nicely. Breakfast was good with large international selection. All staff were very helpful and George went over the top to ensure our sightseeing was very successful"
"We had room 301. Amazing views but the treadmill didn't work. The room was very clean and had a nice platform to drink tea and enjoy the views. There is also a jacuzzi to enjoy. The room is very big and spacious."
"We had a difficult time locating the hotel due to the name confusion. On Expedia it is known as King Maker Grand but the Didi app recognized it as Hautian Hotel.
This hotel is in a great location with stores and dining options available near by. The staff was very nice and always available. We picked the Superior double room, balcony, city view. The balcony was not accessible to us, city view but no real access to the balcony (just fyi).
The restaurants were also a great option to have, we...
"We chose this location due to its proximity to all the stores and the entrance to the National Park. We don’t regret it one bit. The location is ideal. The Didi doesn’t have direct access to the entrance of the hotel so you have to walk a block down to get picked and dropped off.
The room had everything we needed and the mattress was very comfortable.
They also had a washer machine available for guests to use.
We also had the pleasure of meeting Li, from desk staff, who helped us and gave us...
"Lee's is in a great location, right on the river and an easy walk to the east gate of the national park. The staff are wonderful, they go above and beyond and made my staff excellent."
"We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Serenity Hotel. The atmosphere was peaceful and comfortable, making it a perfect place to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Everything felt welcoming and well taken care of. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again!
Mountain view from bed every morning was a big plus !
Taxi was never a problem. Only few minutes to wait every time."
"Overall a very good place to stay. Very close to the National Forest attractions. Staff will need translator to communicate. They can’t understand English but they are very helpful and friendly.
Special mention to the waitress Li Ping on our floor. She was very helpful and took care of use very well. "
"It was the most frustrating hotel for years of my experience. Which is 50 countries, 180 cities, over 300 hotels. No telephone, iron, TV set in the room. It is very cold in the whole motel. Only two rooms were occupied inc ours. Cheapest sleepers one can imagine. Meal was better in chinese university, where i studied 30 years ago. Dead bird and cigarettes at balcony. Extremely cold in bathroom and no privacy from living room. Pictures on Hotels.com are nice and starring high but in reality it is...
