"Fantastic room and rooftop restaurant that was very popular likely because it was fairly sketchy walking around the neighbourhood especially after dark and the proximity to the train station. If it wasn’t for the neighbourhood I would give it a 5 star. Having said that, the proximity to the train station made travels to Pompeii etc. super easy. I would stay here again."

The hotel is very nice to look at and is clean, breakfast was very nice.
The issue was the AIRCON. It worked but hardly blew out cold/icy air you expect from air con, the heat outside was so warm this completely ruined the stay and my nights sleep. You couldn’t find comfort. The staff were great and upgraded our room and moved us but the air con was bad in the new room. Because of this, I would never be able to stay here again.

"Excellent hotel, located steps from center of everything, rooftop inviting bar with scenic views, multiple pools at different levels, breakfast was plentiful, comfortable bed with spacious bathroom. Very friendly staff, this hotel is as it should be!!!"
"From check in to check out everything about this hotel was outstanding! Front desk was super helpful and accommodating, the food was absolutely delicious and reasonably priced, and the dry martini rooftop bar was out of this world! They really knew how to create an experience! The bartenders upstairs were some of the best, most attentive, and friendly we’ve seen in a long time. The view on the rooftop at night was amazing! We’d love to go back again next time we’re in sorrento!"

"Clean room. Not a 4* as people have mentioned but not a 3*. Good quality facilities and space which can be difficult in old properties. Reception staff not the friendliest but get the job done. "
