"This place is awesome. We loved the drive up to the property and the beautiful palm trees lining the road and my granddaughters kept saying it was such a fancy place! The apartment was super clean and comfortable. The beds were nice and comfortable too, not lumpy or too soft. Just right. The grounds are kept so clean and the pools and water park were great! Needless to say, we will be back in October when we return to Orlando."

"Nice resort with great views scenery and pool facilities (heated in April which was a plus), room view was obscured by trees, smell in room was a bit musty, staff on the whole were not very welcoming which was disappointing- especially at check in an at the bar by the pool. "

"Clean Room, everything they advertise is extra $25/ day for waterpark, no cash accepted, housekeeping people are amazing, front desk is pushy to get you to go to the free breakfast, which takes up 90 mins and they try to get you to be owners. "

"Didn't engage with activities. Overall these are nice clean rooms. Very unique set ups. A few frustrating things are they do not clean your room (room service) does NOT happen. They charge $30.00 per day for parking in addition to your cost of staying. Why? I hate corporation gouging at every direction they can. "

"How is this reviewed well? There are great options out there and this is not one. Everything is dingy, dirty and smells like mold. I haven't stayed in a bad hotel in years so it was a big surprise, especially with the rating. Check in took forever because the staff was busy with complaining guests. I was surprised at the cost of parking so check on that before you book. The cleaning staff was trying in come in before we checked out at 9 and wasn't happy we were still there. The guy at check out was flat out rude which was surprising since they want to sell you time shares. Everything needs to be freshened up with a nice deep cleaning and they either need way more staff or more training for the staff they have. My 11 year old informed me it wasn't a very nice place - crazy if he even noticed."
