"All the staff were exceptional, friendly and offered advice, and useful information.Top tip - Pick up a map from the front desk. The location on the bay front was picturesque especially at night. Everything we needed was within walking distance and if we wanted to venture further a taxi rank was just around the corner. We enjoyed the Elements bar and a special mention to the two staff called Rita! Their cocktails were very popular with us .There was plenty of choice at breakfast and the best...

"The hotel is ok - nice palazzo - and staff nice, but the surrounding area is very dirty. It also includes streets with prostitutes, and feels somewhat unsafe. We had to switch rooms upon our arrival as the first room we were given looked quite bad- it clearly had not been renovated for numerous years."

The staff at the front desk was very helpful and we were able to keep our bags at the front desk for a couple of hours past checkout to explore the city. We absolutely loved the breakfast and the restaurant’s roof top view, and would highly recommend adding it to your stay. The location of the hotel is very convenient to access the train station, but it can feel a bit unsafe to walk around at night as it’s a high traffic, urban area....
